Bubbly — Privacy Policy

Bubbly (“the App”), operated by Castavor Software, adds a floating social & chat button to a Shopify storefront. This policy explains what data the App processes and why.

What we store

Merchant / store data

• Your shop domain, installation date, plan and app settings.
• The widgets you configure — design, triggers, channels and, on Pro, agents.
• The Shopify session and access token required to run an embedded app.

Visitor analytics (anonymous)

• Aggregate counters only: widget impressions, opens and channel clicks, plus device type (desktop/mobile) and country code.
• We do not store IP addresses, cookies, e-mail addresses, names, or any data that identifies an individual visitor.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data.
• We do not embed third-party trackers in your storefront.
• We do not collect visitor personal data.

Data location & retention

• Data is stored in our application database (SQL Server).
• Raw analytics events are kept for 30 days and then deleted; only anonymous daily aggregates are retained.
• When you uninstall the App, your shop data is deleted within 48 hours, and we honour Shopify’s shop/redact request.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed by Shopify through Shopify App Pricing. We never see or store your payment details; we only read whether your store has an active subscription.

GDPR / KVKK compliance

We implement Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks:

• customers/data_request — we hold no customer personal data to provide.
• customers/redact — no customer-linked data is stored, so there is nothing to erase.
• shop/redact — all data for the shop is permanently deleted.

Under GDPR/KVKK you may request access to or deletion of your (merchant) data at any time.
